- Quality assurance of business solution to ensure functionality works as defined by requirements
Job responsibilities
- Facilitating business requirements and business process workshops in conjunction with project leadership.
- Maintaining and updating requirements and functional specification documents.
- Maintaining the Data Ownership spreadsheet.
- Documenting the current state and future state business process workflows.
- Creating and maintaining Issue/BugTracking list
- Creating and maintainingEnhancements Tracking list.
- Test business processes and recommend improvements.
- Defining system testing scenarios per the specification documents.
- Creating test scripts and executing functional scripts.
- Coordinate execution of user acceptance activities.
- Facilitate resolution of system issues with vendor and/or development team.
- Train client stakeholders on process changes and coordinate system training with the vendors.
- Report on weekly status reports to Project Manager.
- Establish and maintain client relationships with project stakeholders.
Qualifications

- Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
- Three or more years of Business Analyst experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance or related field
- Experience in Energy preferred but not required
