Overview: The Technical Business Analyst/System Consultant will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals.

- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and integration design documents for development and implementation.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements and are implemented according to specifications.

- Facilitate the testing of system solutions and system integrations, including creating test plans, executing test cases, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Assist in the configuration, customization, and deployment of systems, ensuring that solutions are properly integrated and functional.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system and data integration issues, working with IT teams and vendors to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and integration mappings, to support system users and administrators.
- Train end-users and stakeholders on system functionalities and processes, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in project planning and management activities, including scope definition, timeline creation, and risk assessment.
