Chevy Thomason, another visionary behind Novus, assumes the position of Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Thomason’s extensive background in organizational management and resource allocation will be instrumental in streamlining internal processes and fostering a culture of efficiency. In his new role, Thomason will lead the administrative functions of Novus including human resources, finance, and legal affairs.
Robert Lovelace, an industry veteran renowned for his expertise in digital transformation, will be taking on the pivotal role of Chief Digital Officer (CDO). As the company’s Chief Digital Operator, Lovelace will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge strategies, enabling Novus to remain at the forefront of the rapidly evolving business landscape.

Kevin Decker, a respected leader with a strong background in operational management, will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Decker’s comprehensive knowledge of merging production and field operations and his ability to drive scalable growth will be instrumental in optimizing Novus’ service delivery and operational performance.
